Venus makes its inferior conjunction to the sun at 5° of Aries
Sunday, March 26th
Mercury conjunct Uranus at 23° of Aries
This week’s astrology heavily emphasizes the unabashed boldness of Aries. Not only is the sun entering this fire sign, signaling a change of season (the Vernal Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere), but also Mercury is moving through Aries, activating the Jupiter/Uranus/Pluto T-square, and Venus is making its inferior conjunction to the sun in Aries.
All this leads up to the new moon in Aries on March 27th.
In the Northern Hemisphere, the Vernal Equinox marks a moment of equal day and night that will start to tip us forward towards ever-increasing warmth and illumination. As our days grow longer so too does the call towards more extroverted activities. This solar energy is ours to harness and make use of. Aries implores us to do so with unrestrained confidence and undeterred decisiveness.
Mercury’s movements makes for a rocky start to a new season, however. The messenger is bound to deliver insights that reveal the complexity of the situations we find ourselves in. The interconnectedness of our lives gets all the more entangling as those that lead us astray from progress have a moment of unbalanced power. Mercury’s conjunction with Uranus on Sunday may bring a shocking upset, but it might just reveal more details of the one we are living through.
The most intriguing aspect of the week occurs on Saturday, when Venus makes its inferior conjunction to the sun. This is the midway point in Venus’s retrograde cycle. The new moon of Venus’s movements. The heart of her underworld journey. This is the point at which outer layers of protection have been stripped from our hearts and we bear witness to its truth. Comforting and uncomfortable. This is the point at which we experience a metaphysical death and rebirth of the heart. This is the point at which we meet the aspects of ourselves that we have banished into our inner underworlds. This is the point at which we reckon with what we could not. Until now.
The hurt. The betrayal. The fear of abandonment.
Whatever is coming up for you right now in your most intimate relationships is coming up for a reason. It’s coming up to be witnessed. It’s coming up to be healed. It’s coming to you in hopes of a revelation.
Address it with all the compassionate courage that you can conjure. Give it the mirroring it craves. Give it the recognition that it needs in order to be released. Give it the opportunity to be renewed, so that you can be too.
*Horoscopes are meant to be read as inspiration. If you know both your rising sign and sun sign, please read both horoscopes. They both contain important information. We pay a price to stay ignorant. It’s expensive. Immense. Never worth the cost. It seems like an easier way out, but it only prolongs our suffering. Inhibits the soulfulness of our lives. Curtails the possibilities of how our creativity can manifest in the world.
We pay a price to stay ignorant to our needs. It requires that we seek direction outside of ourselves. It requires that we accept the ill-constructed notion that we should all strive for the same image of success. It requires that we forsake our individuality and assimilate to a narrative constructed to aid some, but not most.
We pay a price to stay ignorant to our intelligence. It requires us to forfeit the right to draw our own conclusions. It keep us from understanding how harm is done to us. It prevents us from adding up what builds us up and subtracting what belittles us.
We pay a price when we don’t engage with the healing process of our lives. A price beyond any reasonable amount. An expense too tremendous to fathom. A greater debt than any loan we’ve known.
This week asks you what price you are willing to pay to stay in the same place. It asks you to access some deep truths about what you need and why you would ever forgot those needs. It affords you the courage or the impulse to ask for it. It wants you to claim it. Name it. Clearly call it in.
Doing so might cause a little conflict. Inside yourself. With others. Within your life. Doing so might reveal a wound. It might cost you a little bit of calm, but at least it won’t cost you your potential.

Taurus & Taurus Rising
This week might ask you to revisit an aspect of life that you thought was lost. This week might bring around old ghosts and goblins from the novels of your long-forgotten lifetimes. This week might move you to investigate a little deeper into your unconscious motivations for wanting certain things from certain people. Revealing a need you didn’t know was a driving force. Uncovering a desire that you didn’t know was directing you. Stripping down a belief that you have of yourself. Revealing a truth about you that has long been covered up.
Detangle yourself from what distorts your self-image. See the self-sabotaging that you are ready to part with. Evaluate your achievements against no one.
Do away with comparison.
It kills creativity. It eats away at intelligence. It peddles the lie that there is a mold that we all must fit into. There is not. Each of us has our own tempo. Every aspect of our lives has its own timing. Each chapter in our history has its own specific plot. Characters. Subtext. Read between the lines of your life. Free yourself from the tyranny of thinking that you need to be anywhere but where you are. If only in momentary increments. If only minute by minute. If only thought by thought.
The present is the only place you can create from, and therefore the only place that deserves your invaluable effort, attention and energy. You are where you need to be.

Gemini & Gemini Rising
This week’s astrology gets to the heart of your hopes. It burrows deeply into the center of your dreams. It has a laser focus that penetrates through the thick shield of your doubts and reveals what is well-supported by all those that hope to help you shine.
There are those that want you to succeed and it’s your job to hunt them out.
You’ll attract them by daring to be boldly committed to authentic explorations of your potential. You’ll attract them by challenging yourself to break through boundaries created by your fears. You’ll attract them by not trying to impress them or anyone else.
There are also those that have yet to do their own healing, however. There are those that mistake their envy for a reason to engage in petty pranks. There are those that you have to dodge, those that you have to develop patience for and those that you need to shut down before situations get silly. This week might challenge you to take someone or some sentiment on. It might force you to become publicly definitive about your stance, about the way you need to be treated or about the way in which you will handle situations if confronted.
Stick to what is true for you. Stick to what is fair given the situation. Stick to getting all that you can out of the situation for your own growth and healing. You’ll stand out for being passionately fair and seriously unavailable for imbecilic antics.

Cancer & Cancer Rising
This week Venus comes close. To us. To the earth. To the places in us that are in need of purification. This week Venus beckons you close. To understand another layer of your relationship to your work. To your roles in the world. To the identity that you are shaping for yourself. This week Venus asks you to get close. To what you love. To what you desire. To what you hold as precious and important work.
What do you need courage to call in? What are you most afraid will happen if you do? What are you waiting to happen to you rather than taking a courageous steps towards?
This week calls for your fearless humility. It asks that you to strip something about your career or public roles down to its essence. It asks for you to get to the heart of why you do what you do. The reasons you strive for what you strive for. It wants to help you to value the attraction that you have to your work. The reason why you started in the first place. The initial romance you had with it that swept you off your feet.
This week wonders why you might ever devalue your dreams? Pretend that they aren’t possible? Pretend that you don’t care if they come true? This week asks you to hold any heartache that might be brimming right underneath the surface and asks how it might actually be used to serve the soul of your career. To move you deeper into the heart of it. To infuse it with your loving attention.
This week asks you to reconsider your expectations of what your work should do, be and feel like. It asks you to love it as it is, how it is and for all the reasons that it is. It asks what might need to be sacrificed in order for you to work more freely, show up more authentically and act with less fear of what you are capable of.

Leo & Leo Rising
We can only live out our biggest life goals through small, relentless actions. Without promise that they’ll lead to anything. Without certainty that they’ll work. Without the foresight to always know what is right.
With only the yearning to serve our dreams in the most sincere of ways.
We can only live into our potential by trying our best at the tiniest of tasks. By showing up for the work we want to do as well as the work that we don’t. By treating all the labor that lies before us as different aspects of the same goal, no matter how big or small.
This week’s astrology doubles down on the already intense emphasis on your long-term plans. You don’t have to know exactly where you want to go in order to get where you need to be. You don’t have to know the exact look of your masterpiece to pick up the brush and put it to canvas. You don’t have to fine tune the machine before you have put it together.
Don’t stifle the possibilities of your future with preconceived notions of its potential.
But you do have to understand the power of your intention. The level of desire you allow your intention to have is what will pull you forward. Its strength is what will bring you all you wish to experience. It’s clarity is what will magnetize it to you. As well as bringing others to you. To teach you, guide you and bring you to the doors of your destiny.
Keep encouraging the courage it takes to boldly bring your grandest intentions to every little thing you do.

Virgo & Virgo Rising
This week will reveal the ways in which you have over-invested your energy. This week will reveal what you may have lost a part of yourself to. This week will provide you with strategies to retrieve yourself from a situation.
Calling our energy back into ourselves is a constant self-care strategy.
Notice where you have become frayed. Notice when you lose your patience. Notice what you need in order to bring yourself back into balance. There is nothing selfish about listening to your limits. Giving ourselves what we need is the only way to be in a position to be generous with others. Or open to the generosity offered to us.
Right now you are being asked to balance what you know you can grow on your own and what you know you need to borrow or ask for from others. Remember that whatever you need from another has the potential to be beneficial for them too. If you find that intersection, it has magical potential.
You might need to muster up the courage to believe that. You might need a little encouragement to communicate it in a bold and confident manner. You might need a little extra sauciness in your sentiment to get the message across, but it’s a worthy experiment for you this week and one that is being encouraged.

Libra & Libra Rising
We can’t love someone until we allow them to be human. We can’t be loved by someone until we allow ourselves to be human with them. We can’t experience the healing power of love until we are willing to move into the complexity of our humanity.
Love isn’t perfect. Our way of loving one another need not be either.
This week’s astrology makes clear what you find most challenging in intimate relationships. This week’s astrology asks you to bear witness to your resistance to such challenges. This week’s astrology makes obvious what kind of lessons your loves most need you to learn. And teach. And be in conversation with.
In order to benefit from the wisdom that these conversations have to offer you, you’ll need to feel like you have permission to get it wrong. To misunderstand. To learn. To grow. In order for your partners to better understand you, they’ll need to feel like they have permission to get it wrong. To misunderstand. To learn. To grow.
You’ve had an incredible emphasis on this area of your life lately. You might be worn a little thin here. You might be tempted to tune others out. You might just need a momentary time-out in order to come back with your best. One thing is for sure, you don’t want to burn a bridge just because you are frustrated with the amount of self-development your partners are helping you experience. But you do want to see which relationship dynamics are bridges to healthy self-inquiry and which are just a fast lane to reliving traumatic aspects of your history.

Scorpio & Scorpio Rising
Revolutions have many tipping points. Many acts of rebellion. Many ways of manifesting. This week speaks to the importance of pushing back and bucking some system that you serve. It speaks to taking the initiative to think for yourself and be bold in your assessments of what you are intuiting. It asks you to know that when you witness something that needs to be changed, it doesn’t always mean that others will. They may not yet understand, recognize or know the importance of what you are presenting. You might need to be bold in your communication of your vision so that they can get the picture.
We all take turns rocking the boat. This week it’s your ideas that want to make waves.
Use the potential chaos of this astrology to get clear on your relationship to the roles that you inhabit at work. Use your work roles to try out an unconventional way of doing things. Use any pushback you get as an important part of the development of your projects. It’s always good to know what folks are resistant to so that we can lead with something sweeter before we get to what is important.
Gather all the courage that you can muster to make your case with the colleagues that are open to hearing your ideas and that have the foresight to see the potential of your creative inspirations.

Sagittarius & Sagittarius Rising
It takes courage to believe in the power of our creativity. It takes a spirited kind of passion to allow ourselves to be taken by the visions that visit us. It takes a plucky resolve to resist the inner critics and saboteurs long enough to let an insight take flight.
This week’s astrology pays homage to the innovative ways in which you are working through issues, problems and potential set-backs. It breaks up the inner-resistances that you might have or face in your career. It penetrates the outer husks of conventional thinking and encourages you to do what you know can be done.
Not what others tell you is doable.
Whatever you are creating now must be close to your heart in order to feel worthy of pursuing. Whatever you are creating now must bring you closer to the heart of your life’s message in order to hold your interest. Whatever you are creating now must be helping you to fulfill a part of your life’s purpose in order to attract the attention that you need right now.
Be unafraid to go for exactly what you desire. Be unafraid to claim it as your own. Be unafraid to clearly and confidently ask for it. From your life. From your colleagues. From your career. The more direct you are, the more others will know if they want to get on board or not. Fearlessly pursue the best fits and feel no way about those that say no. It’s best to attract those that feel helped by your energy, not unenthused about joining forces with it.

Capricorn & Capricorn Rising
Keep breaking with the traditions that do not take your entirety into consideration. Don’t be consumed with guilt or shame about it. Instead, fill yourself with visions for a future that prioritizes your well-being over anyone else’s expectation of you. Know that when you hold yourself back for fear of making others in your family uncomfortable, you don’t help them to grow. Instead of hiding yourself, trust that everyone around you is on their own healing journey. Fulfilling your needs and putting your talent into the world will either inspire them to do the same or have them acting out of sorts.
Neither of which is on you.
Self-preservation is a worthy enough cause to pursue without explanation as long as you are willing to learn what it is like to stand alone if need be. This can be done in small or large ways. Whatever you are ready for. This can be overt or internal. Whatever the situation calls for. This might be a deeply private experience before it ever needs to be made public, if it ever needs to be made public. The point is that you allow yourself to sort through the feelings and the facts of your inner life. No shame. No guilt. No curbing of your consciousness to save another’s (imagined) emotional reaction. Just allowing a deeper connection to yourself and therefore a stronger understanding of the traditions that you need to keep, start and continue with.

Aquarius & Aquarius Rising
Keep innovating the way you work through your day. It might be undergoing changes. It might be difficult to keep up with. Its flow might follow more unpredictable patterns. Let yourself move with it. Groove to it. Find the courage to rise up to it.
Get rest where you can. Get refreshments on the go. Get familiar with what keeps you feeling taken care of. This season might tear through your reserves, dry up your tanks, spend your energetic savings without warning.
This week is set to reveal all the ways in which your little actions can snowball into meaningful momentum. It seeks to encourage you to keep following the signs. It keeps sending you little signals. It keeps drawing you towards the people and the partners that you need to be in continued conversation with. It keeps returning you to the neighborhoods and the local spots that play an important role in your development. Visit the spots that give you creative inspiration. Visit the temples that house your gods. Visit the places that help you to remember the reasons why it’s so important to keep healing, growing and knowing new parts of yourself and your process.

Pisces & Pisces Rising
If your work isn’t working, try it another way. From another angle. With more passion. As if it was the most important thing you could do.
Invest your talent into all that helps you find your truth. Invest your energy into what keeps you wanting to become more and more honest with yourself. Invest your time into what you feel like you could do forever.
Divest from what drains you.
Notice what you envy. Take it as a sign of what you need to seek out. Courageously. With great certainty. With the confidence of a cat who has never been caged. Take it as a sign of what you yourself are capable of. With concentration. With dedication. With hard work and a refusal to play it safe. Or expect immediate results. Or thunderous applause. Or instant success. Take it as a sign of what to follow. Like a hound on the hunt. Like a magnet to metal. Like you to your beloved.
Back away from what burdens your spirit. Be willing to interrogate the things that offend your creativity. The things that keep you feeling like your career is cornered. The things that keep you feeling like you aren’t allowed to allow yourself the freedom to express your creative energy differently that you did. Differently than anyone else ever has.
We are in desperate need of overflowing well-springs of uniqueness. Please let yours flow.
