The Job

We are looking for an incredibly organized and motivated Executive Assistant who will work directly with the President. This person should have strong written and verbal communication skills, be excited to steward many different tasks at any given time, and act with integrity, discretion, and passion for their work. They should also be a forward-thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule and maintain the day-to-day calendar for the President and use discretion to make sure the President’s time is well-utilized; assume central coordination for internal and external requests and proactively direct the cadence for standing meetings (one-on-ones, team meetings, etc.); complete expense reports; and arrange intricate and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; 
  • Review schedules daily to ensure that the President is aware of any materials they need to prepare for upcoming meetings, and assist with the preparation of these materials as necessary;
  • Keep the President on track with daily, weekly, and monthly agendas and take initiative to shift tasks as necessary to ensure the most pressing items are addressed in a timely way;
  • Track all of the President’s communications, organize and answer emails, and draft correspondence, sometimes of a confidential nature;
  • Aid team communication efforts by authoring or editing team- and company-wide communications;
  • Research, prioritize, and follow-up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the President, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature, and assess the appropriate course of action, referral, or reply;
  • Review documents for grammatical errors, typos, and formatting needs;
  • Update and maintain notes and next-steps for all of the President’s meetings;
  • Work closely and effectively with the President to keep them well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and follow-up appropriately;
  • Accompany the President to events and coordinate logistics for said events;
  • Uphold the company’s mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork;
  • Build and maintain relationships crucial to the success of the company and oversee a variety of special projects for the President; and
  • Provide back-up to the executive administrative team.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of three years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or President of a company;

The Job 

We are seeking a promising and experienced candidate with proven success in creating innovative and engaging content, honing a brand’s voice, and creatively driving user-centric digital experiences. The Social & Content Marketing Manager will assist the company in storytelling, content creation, social media presence, and exceeding marketing goals. 

In this role, you’ll be accountable for building brand awareness, engagement, and community across all social and digital channels. You will direct end-to-end content creation for all social channels, chaninicholas.com, email newsletters, and other editorial platforms. This role is critical to ensuring that our content is driving growth. 

The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer and communicator who can both build and carry out a content strategy that attracts, engages, and activates our target audience. We’re looking for someone who is digitally savvy, is obsessed with what’s trending, and loves fostering and engaging in meaningful conversations. What You’ll Do 

  • Assist in developing social media strategies to advance the company's social media presence; 
  • Oversee all social media accounts, comments, and activity; 
  • Coordinate compelling digital and social media marketing campaigns, including copywriting, content creation, editing, design, and implementation; 
  • Handle and actualize social media platforms day to day (including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and other emerging platforms) and develop and maintain of a social media content calendar; 
  • Write, edit, publish and share high-quality and engaging daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action and attract app subscribers;

The Job

You will be our go-to for all things digital and physical product on the creative teams! If you love conceptualizing and building out product roadmaps from ideation to completion, planning timelines, and coordinating with key stakeholders to follow through on deliverables, then keep reading.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing product plans, managing project scope, timelines, strategizing, tracking, and coordination with a resource-conscious mindset, as well as post-project reviews. If you are a problem solver who can collaborate with others to ensure that product development runs smoothly, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop the product strategy, roadmap, business requirements and go-to-market (GTM) plan;
  • Manage product life cycle from conception to execution; 
  • Advocate for product needs while maintaining transparency across products for stakeholders; 
  • Allocate appropriate resources to alleviate blocks by balancing competing priorities;
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners including the Creative, Writing, Operations, Production, Tech and Sales, and Marketing teams to build timelines and processes to ensure a coordinated and deliberate approach toward launching complex projects;
