It is important to us that you are fully satisfied with your experience with the products we offer. We have different policies for different products - please see below for further information.

If you purchased a digital product from us, you will receive an email with a link to access that workshop once your order has been confirmed.
If you have an offer code for a CHANI premium subscription trial, you need to redeem the code in the CHANI app. For further redemption instructions, you can check out this article. If you have any questions regarding your offer code, please contact us at email@example.com. Please note that free trial offer codes are single-use and only for new or expired premium subscribers.
It is important to us that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to get a refund for a digital item purchased from https://chani-nicholas.myshopify.com, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be happy to help.
Digital products that have been bought individually are fully refundable for 30 days after purchase. If you would like to return and get a refund for a digital product that was bought as a part of a bundle, please refer to our refund policy for bundles below. Please email email@example.com if you have any questions or need to request a refund. Include your order number and the reason for your return request in the email. We will email you back to confirm your refund.
The CHANI app automatically renews unless you cancel it. See here for more information from Apple on canceling your subscription.
If you cancel, you can keep using your subscription until the next billing date.
If you signed up for a free trial or used an offer code for the CHANI app, and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends. For redemption instructions on offer codes, you can check out this article. If you need any assistance with a trial or offer code, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Apple iTunes handles subscriptions for the CHANI app. Please visit Apple's customer support page to request a refund.
We ship to Canada and the USA. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to other countries at this time. For shipping within the US, we use USPS or UPS. We offer international shipping to Canada via USPS only. We process and ship orders daily, and it takes 5-7 business days to arrive.
All orders will be provided with a tracking number, so you can track the progress of your order.
Every effort will be made to ensure your package is delivered in a timely manner. But please note that these shipping times are estimates based on the historical performance of our shipping providers. Given the increased strain on supply lines and the postal service this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot guarantee that delivery services will deliver within historically normal shipping times.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, JBC, Dinners Club, Apple Pay, ELO, Shop Pay Facebook Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal.
If you accidentally inserted the wrong address on your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at email@example.com and also adding firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to modify the address. Once the order has shipped, we cannot make any changes, and you will need to follow up with the shipping courier directly.
If you are not satisfied with your physical product purchase, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can assist you. Copies of You Were Born For This are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, and upon completing your return, you will be refunded the full purchase price minus the cost of shipping.The book must be returned to us undamaged and in resalable condition.
Products from GIFTED, such as gift boxes and sweatshirts, are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. As a reminder, the goal of our partnership with GIFTED by FreeFrom is to help financially support survivor entrepreneurs. 70% of the cost of your package from GIFTED goes directly to the survivor entrepreneurs who made these products.
