If you purchased a digital product from us, you will receive an email with a link to access that workshop once your order has been confirmed.
If you have an offer code for a CHANI premium subscription trial, you need to redeem the code in the CHANI app. For further redemption instructions, you can check out this article. If you have any questions regarding your offer code, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that free trial offer codes are single-use and only for new or expired premium subscribers.

The CHANI app automatically renews unless you cancel it. See here for more information from Apple on canceling your subscription.
If you cancel, you can keep using your subscription until the next billing date.
If you signed up for a free trial or used an offer code for the CHANI app, and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Refunds for CHANI app subscriptions are subject to the payment processing and refund policies of the app distribution platform from which it was purchased. App Store or Google Play must directly approve the request in order for it to be eligible for a refund.
We ship to Canada and the USA. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to other countries at this time. For shipping within the US, we use USPS or UPS. We offer international shipping to Canada via USPS only. We process and ship orders daily, and it takes 5-7 business days to arrive.
All orders will be provided with a tracking number, so you can track the progress of your order.
Every effort will be made to ensure your package is delivered in a timely manner. But please note that these shipping times are estimates based on the historical performance of our shipping providers. Given the increased strain on supply lines and the postal service this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot guarantee that delivery services will deliver within historically normal shipping times.

- We do not offer overnight shipping
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, JBC, Dinners Club, Apple Pay, ELO, Shop Pay Facebook Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal.
If you accidentally inserted the wrong address on your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at email@example.com and also adding firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to modify the address. Once the order has shipped, we cannot make any changes, and you will need to follow up with the shipping courier directly.

Products from GIFTED, such as gift boxes and sweatshirts, are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. As a reminder, the goal of our partnership with GIFTED by FreeFrom is to help financially support survivor entrepreneurs. 70% of the cost of your package from GIFTED goes directly to the survivor entrepreneurs who made these products.
