During January and February I will be writing monthly horoscopes instead of weekly ones. I am cooking up some big things for 2018 and I am grateful for your understanding as the format changes temporarily. I hope that these serve as a resource for the month. For more information on how the astrology of 2018, including this month’s lunar eclipse, will impact your sign, I’ve got a 1 hour recording for you in 2018: The Year Ahead For Your Sign. If you know both your rising sign and sun sign, please read both horoscopes. They both contain important information. You’ll know which resonates more for you. Take what works for you, leave the rest. If you want to share this, or any of my work, you must quote it and link it to this post and website. Thank you for your support and for spreading the work around. We really appreciate it and you!
Full With The New Year (Full Moon in Cancer – January 1st)
If we want to put out work in the world that moves people, stirs the senses, evokes a resiliency of spirit, creates currents of compassionate change, then we must be willing to heal all the places within us that struggle with those same things. The parts that struggle to find the answers. Struggle to find our way. Struggle to forgive ourselves. Struggle to grow up. Show up. Sit with the discomfort long enough to get the solution.
We must go into those unknown spaces that growth beckons us towards. To forge our path. Find the clues. Feel our way through the journey. Fumble towards the hidden treasures we did not know were awaiting us. Come back to tell the tale of what worked. What didn’t. And what might for others.
We cannot teach what we are not willing to learn.
2018 started us out with a super moon in Cancer which occurred on January 1st at 11° of Cancer. This was a powerful opener and testament to the importance of being in touch with our emotional selves. Our feelings. Our need to understand the psychological undercurrents that guide our actions.
The revolution will be healing. Or not at all.
Cancer’s waters remind us that not all things broken apart heal back together, but if we don’t understand the jagged edges of our inner lives, we will recreate the pain of our pasts.
That much in life is guaranteed.
The full moon reminds us to take the first two weeks of the year to cleanse. Reset. Regroup. We aren’t energetically programmed to respond to the Gregorian calendar. It has no significance save what some men made up a long time ago to keep things on their schedule. Or what we willingly give it. For some, the full moon washes away the need to succeed at and stick to a plan, reminding us of what it means to be connected to sources of comfort, family and food for the body and soul for a time.
As it exhales, Uranus stations direct at 24° of Aries on January 2nd. Uranus’s rebellious disruption mixed with the full moon’s emotional emphasis might remind us that we shouldn’t fall prey to or be pressured by the rantings and ravings of the turn of a calendar. Be on your own time. On time. In time with yourself.
From the Mud Comes Clarity
One of the most interesting astrological events of January is the interplay between Mars and Jupiter in Scorpio, and the sun, Venus, and Pluto in Capricorn.
On January 6th, Mars and Jupiter come together to make a conjunction at 17° of Scorpio. On January 8th and 9th, the sun, Venus, and Pluto in Capricorn all collide between 18° and 19°. As these planets come into conjunctions in their respective signs, they all end up sextiling one another over January 8th, 9th, 10th and 15th.
Little themes pick up on bigger ones, concocting a powerful potion.
Mars and Jupiter conjunct in Scorpio is a faith in one’s force to forge a path towards success. Mars is the ruler of Scorpio, and therefore injects Jupiter with a super power. Mars in Scorpio reveals our ability to succeed at a daunting situation. In secret. In all seriousness. Mars in Scorpio is compelling. Empowered. Enshrined in subterranean smarts. Mars in Scorpio is an undercover warrior. It is psychologically astute, able to cut to the core of an unconscious pattern or a taboo no one else will touch with a ten foot pole.
Mars in Scorpio will go there.
With Jupiter in the mix, the spells cast are magnified in their power. Jupiter makes bigger what it touches. Makes more exaggerated what it teams up with. Makes more, period. More Mars in Scorpio is nothing to take for granted or use unconsciously. But it is good fuel to put in the reserves so that we are able to go the distance for our desires.
As these two tango in the area of your chart that contains Scorpio, the sun, Venus and Pluto all collide in Capricorn. Their current ruler, Saturn, is also present to amplify the power of these planets. The sun, Venus and Pluto in conjunction thread together themes of relationship renewals. Underworld journeys with our loved ones. Our creative process. Our values. Pluto promises a transformation. Venus, a heart to heart. The sun, illumination and individuation. All in Saturn’s sign, these planets follow up on the important lessons of personal boundaries we were introduced to late December.
Love yourself enough to say no to what isn’t right for you. Case closed. Final sale. No returns.
A sextile between these two sets of planets means that there is something incredibly helpful occurring in the areas of your chart that contain Scorpio and Capricorn. With both benefics (Venus and Jupiter), as well as both malefics (Mars and Saturn, though Saturn not by exact aspect) involved, this help isn’t always going to appear chipper.
Scorpio is a water sign, but it’s more of a thick muddy water than a clear stream flowing. Rich with minerals and strange bottom feeders, Scorpio teaches us to sit with the gruesome in order to get the gift.
Capricorn is an earth sign, but it deals more effectively with hardships than it does with high hopes. It would rather do the impossible than hang out with the convenient. Capricorn, and especially Saturn in Capricorn, teach us to align our actions with our commitments no matter if we feel like doing so. Purpose gives our life clarity. Saturn splits no hairs when making clear that our purpose is to commit to what will challenge us to no end and ultimately bring us the greatest reward.
What happens during these weeks reverberates through the year as Jupiter in Scorpio and Pluto in Capricorn move in and out of a sextile with one another from January to September of 2018.
Renewed Commitments (New Moon in Capricorn – January 16th)
The first new moon of the year occurs on January 16th at 6:17 PM PT at 26° of Capricorn. This is the first new moon in the sea-goat’s sign since its ruler, Saturn, returned to it. This new moon acts like an initiation of sorts. We have lived with Saturn in Capricorn for a moment, but this new moon will make the relationship official. Seal the deal. Sanctify the ceremony.
Whatever you are serious about getting serious about, this new moon is your ticket to commit. Sitting with Venus, the new moon reminds us that all life is relationship and anything that we are in relationship with needs to know our intentions. Set yours and stick to them. Through thick and thin.
This new moon will end up growing itself into the first full moon and eclipse of the year. With this new moon, eclipse season is officially here. Get ready for the next go-round of changes, upgrades and upsets to the apple cart. Eclipses are a wild card that set major events in motion. What takes place around these times are fated in nature so watch what comes. As well as what leaves.
A Change of Heart and Heat
After the new moon, both Venus and Mars change sign. Venus moves into cool-headed Aquarius on January 17th (there until February 10th) and Mars into free-wheeling Sagittarius on January 26th (there until March 17th). Still in supportive aspect to one another, these two move from the emotional/practical realms into the inquiring/inspiring ones.
The Show Must Go On (Total Lunar Eclipse in Leo – January 31st)
Not to be outdone by any other cosmic signature, the grand finale of January is a total lunar eclipse in Leo. Occurring on January 31st at 5:37 AM at 11° of Leo, a total lunar eclipse will turn the full moon red and our egos on full blast. This eclipse is a show stopper that picks up on the themes of 2017’s eclipses. This is the third eclipse we’ve experienced in Leo over the course of a year. There are still two more to go over the course of the next.
That puts us in the center of our Leo eclipse lessons.
The part of your chart that contains Leo has already been privy to the dramatic tales these eclipses are telling. Now it’s time for the next chapter. Get your crowns on, Kitty Cats. This eclipse wants to take you deeper into the lessons of living out your glory.
Each one of us must be the ruler of our own lives. The Leo eclipse hands you the keys to your castle, but only you can walk in and claim your throne.
The year starts out with a full moon in Cancer that reminds you of the importance of grounding. Rooting. Getting stable in yourself and in your home life before you set out to accomplish the tremendous tasks that 2018 has in store for you. This full moon reverberates through the fist few days and weeks of the new year, so if you feel less inclined to rush, you are in the right place.
Rest when and where you can. Get to your resolutions when you’ve filled up your adrenals. Get yourself situated. Get comfortable. This year is a marathon. In this astrological climate, races are for the foolish.
By the end of the first week of January and well into the second week of it, you are given a tremendous boon via your collaborators and co-conspirators. From January 5th- 16th, dedicate your time and energy to those that want to co-grow. Flourish together. Find ways towards mutual benefit with no bullshit.
This is no time for niceties.
This is time for real effort. Raw emotion. Ambition put to compassionate use. Take note of who is around that wants to help you rock your work life. Make professional strides. Make waves crash and mountains move. As Jupiter and Mars collide in Scorpio, your partnerships have a steady undercurrent of strength to draw from. Be willing to be as honest with yourself and your collaborators as you can. Intense feelings are bound to erupt. Hold them with a conscious compassion. This is a transformative process that requires as much action as reflection.
As the sun, Venus, and Pluto make a conjunction in Capricorn from January 7th – 10th, your career becomes a hot spot to hone in on. Which of your values are you able to fully express professionally? Which are transforming? Which are leading you into a deeper connection with your craft? Venus wants to connect you to the partners and collaborators that can renew your faith in your work.
The new moon in Capricorn on January 16th agrees.
This new moon asks you to take a next-level approach to your professional commitments. That means giving up any outdated identities that are keeping you from discovering what else is professionally possible for you. Your main career is to be sincerely you, wherever you can, whatever you are doing. The form that you pour yourself into can change a million times over. Find the best fit for this moment. This self. This creative potential.
The full moon and total lunar eclipse in Leo on January 31st echoes this sentiment. Occurring in your 5th house of creative projects, lovers, children and all manner of playful excursions, this eclipse wants you to free yourself from the inhibitions that curb your ability to find solutions. Step out of your own expectations. Allow yourself to take off the heavy burden of accomplishment for a moment come the end of the month. This eclipse wants you to immerse yourself in the fires of your creative force, burning away the fears that keep you stuck in self-doubt. It wants to help you believe that you can (re)create your life as you need it to be and then encourage you to boldly make your mark in honor of the blood moon.
For more information on how the astrology of 2018, including this month’s lunar eclipse, will impact your sign, I’ve got a 1 hour recording for you in 2018: The Year Ahead For Your Sign.
Much of the beginning of 2018 encourages you to partner with those that lift your spirits. Show you new worlds. Bring you to places and spaces that remind you of the possibilities for living life with greater awareness of what is, instead of worry about what hasn’t yet happened.
Don’t miss what life is bringing you.
In order to make sure that you get on board with your current journey, it’s helpful to understand how to spot the opportunities when they arrive. What hurts at first can heal you if you work with it. Don’t be fooled into thinking that you are doomed when you are merely doing the work of awakening. The eclipse on January 31st stirs up your deepest memories. Your densest feelings. Your most daunting demons.
But they are here to help.
They want you to understand the strength that you inherited. The strength that you developed. The strength that you are born from and that you will go back to. Your issues might push you around, but ultimately they want you to push back. Remembering that you don’t run on a deficit. You come from a source of unending, unyielding strength. Power. Capability. Uncompromising creativity.
Hang out with the folks that remind you of such resources.
As Jupiter and Mars come together on January 6th, you are reminded of the power of the right combinations. When we are with the right people, life lives itself. Lifts up what is too heavy on our own. Opens up what was shut down within us. Take note of the partners that are helping you stretch your understanding of your role in the world, and the world’s role in your life.
The world promises you nothing, but gives you a place to give yourself everything.
As the sun, Venus and Pluto collide in Capricorn, just before the new moon takes place in their company, you get to witness which of your ideas about life are transforming. Our relationship to our life is mostly dependent on what we make meaning of. It takes discipline and dedication to understand what meaning our life holds. It takes a willingness to sit with the struggle. The pain. Shame. Fear. Doubt. But the less you allow yourself to be derailed in doing so, the less likely you are to suffer. The more you dedicate yourself to the philosophies that soothe your sorrows, while at the same time awakening your appetite to work, grow and gather what you need, the more likely you are to feel power over your life.
One of the greatest lessons we can ever learn is that when we treat each difficulty as an invitation, rather than a curse, we come out far richer and more aware of our strength, power and true success. This month aims to help you make up your mind about yours.
For more information on how the astrology of 2018, including this month’s lunar eclipse, will impact your sign, I’ve got a 1 hour recording for you in 2018: The Year Ahead For Your Sign.
This year starts out with a full moon in your 2nd house of income, assets and resources. It illuminates what you have been working so hard to gather and get ready. It helps you start the year with a knowledge of your gifts and the good time it takes to ready them to do their thing in the world. 2018 wants you to know what you have to work with so that you can put it to good use in all your collaborations.
As January unfolds, it helps you to develop something important in your work life. Something like resolve. Determination. A need to investigate and integrate the power that you might normally shop out for others to cash in on.
Own your efforts.
Early to mid January wants you to become determined about your professional desires coming to fruition. Or at least to an advanced place. With Jupiter and Mars colliding in your 6th house, your work life and physical routines get infused with an unstoppable power. What are you working on achieving? What do you feel an extra ounce of confidence about? What are you getting clear on pursuing in your professional life?
Do so without doubt or fear that it’s foolish to believe so fully in a desire.
Your collaborators want to know that you take your abilities and your pursuits of passion seriously. They want to know that you honor the work you put out into the world. That you know the value of what you give to your projects. It increases trust. Engenders loyalty. Supports sustainable partnerships.
Deepen your commitments to the collaborations that show you the same.
The new moon in Capricorn on January 16th solidifies this sentiment. It asks you to initiate some aspect of your collaborative work. Clear debts. Restart your year with a renewed commitment to working with resources in the most efficient, concise and responsible way possible. Make the agreements that inspire you to stick with them come good times and difficult.
On January 31st we get the first full moon and eclipse of the year. The blood moon sheds its intriguing light on your day to day schedule, rituals and communications. This eclipse is bound to bring you messengers bearing important news. It is also quite capable of illuminating your own words, so choose them carefully. This eclipse helps you to understand which parts of your communications and your daily life need adjustments. Some rituals might need to be edited from your schedule. Some sentiments might need to be edited from your repertoire. Don’t be afraid to let go of what doesn’t raise your energy, keep you on track or soothe your soul.

The new year starts out with a full moon in your sign. Like a wink from the cosmos, you can tell that 2018 likes you. Or at least aims to push you towards your potential.
Or both.
Most of the urging for your growth comes through the commitments that you are able to make, and, more importantly, keep to others. Find worthy partners who share your ideas of success. Find those that share your values. Find those that want to create a life that makes you want to leap out of bed in the morning. Or stay in it cuddling all day.
Please your priorities.
As the sun, Venus and Pluto all pile up in Capricorn, with Saturn sitting close enough to lend supportive yet stern guidance, you are being asked to choose the partnerships that will transform you. Push you to push yourself. Make you want to become more committed to your own development.
This is not a process that you can control. Or evade. It’s an authentic journey that leads you into territory you may have been too timid to enter before.
But you are stronger now.
The new moon in Capricorn on January 16th concurs. From January 6th to the 16th, your astrology is brimming with the possibilities of important engagements and promises to others. You need to be clear, concise and honest with them. You need them to be clear, concise and honest with you, too.
Nothing kills the mood like the inability to be direct.
As Jupiter and Mars come together for the first half of the month, you’ll be taking a deep dive into your creative process. Shutting out the rest of the world for a time. Taking a moment to connect to the subterranean knowledge that you have collected over the years.
What wisdom lies within the layers? What gold might be mined? What are you given the opportunity to connect with through creative, romantic and interpersonal ties?
With the lunar eclipse on January 31st comes the opportunity to understand your creative potential and what kinds of payouts it promises. It brings with it the illumination of your talents. Highlighting the assets that most want to be accessed. Bringing to fruition certain aspects of your projects.
But not everything is ready to be announced.
It’s easy to talk about what we want to do. Harder to just shut up and do it. Speak on the things that you have done. Keep what you are working on under wraps. Give your creations time to take their own shape. In their own pace. In their own time. Give them a chance to show you what they’ve got so you can best know what to give them as the year gets going.

The blood moon on January 31st raises your temperature. Speeds up your heart rate. Has you deepening your understanding of what you desire and how to drive your life towards that aim.
The whole of January sets you up for the Leo eclipse lessons. The nature of which comes into focus as you work through the month’s themes. Things are now weighty with consequences. Heavy with significance. Drenched in importance.
This month you will be called to answer life’s questions with intense honesty.
If your actions have been in alignment with your goals, the eclipse will bring with it a sense of empowerment. Encouragement. Energetic reinforcement.
If you have been going against your own spiritual grain, the eclipse will strip away any false hopes you are fostering, leaving your motives naked. Revealed. Leaving you reawakened to the need to move towards your truth, tracking it with all the awareness you’ve got to give it.
You have the entire month of January to get on board with the grand eclipse plan. If you need to turn something around, do so with sincerity and swiftness.
Now.
The rest of the month has a penetrating gaze on home, family and foundational issues. As Jupiter and Mars come into a conjunction in your 4th house, you’ll have a strong desire to weed out the deeply entrenched and inherited patterns that aren’t doing you any favors. Sometimes we just need to make a decision to cut ties with what is energetically draining before we know how to do so. The instructions will come once you are clear on what you want.
As you are getting better acquainted with your core desires, a concoction of ambitious and powerful work projects reveal themselves as prospects for you to take into consideration. Your ability to decisively move towards important professional possibilities is aided by the inner work you are able to get clear about. Never doubt that one is always impacting the other. January 5th – 16th makes this resoundingly clear.
As does the new moon in Capricorn on January 16th. Initiating you into a new commitment to structuring your work life for yours and its success, this new moon asks you to be clear about what you want to put your effort and energy towards. What you choose will need your steady and solid effort, but it will grow with you over the next couple of years into something sturdy and reliable.

With Mars and Jupiter heating up your 3rd house of daily rituals and activities, you have a larger than usual appetite and ability to accomplish a great many tasks each and every day. This drive to get things done needs to be directed towards your greatest priorities.
Why win at things that aren’t all that magnificent in the long run?
Look down the road. Where do you want to get to and what can you accomplish right now in order to make that a reality? Or at least a possibility? Engage in the practices that remind you of the power that you have to create your life little by little. Day by day. One act of integrity at a time.
As the sun, Venus and Pluto collide in your 5th house of creative projects and pleasurable pursuits, they remind you of the importance of mastering a technique in order to let loose with it. Because Saturn just began its 3 year journey here, the need to work on your creative skills becomes increasingly important throughout the year. With the pile up of the planets there in early to mid January, the new year wants you to get a head start on working skillfully, thoughtfully and constructively.
The new moon on January 16th, also in Capricorn, only emphasizes this.
This month wants you to make an official, seal-the-deal, put a ring on it, commitment to your creations. All of which starts with honoring the creative energy itself. When in doubt let yourself play. Let yourself be serious about your down time. Let yourself be committed to your daydreams. Detox from the cult of consumerism, conformity and anything else that kills your creative individuality. Feed off of what frees it. Follow its fantastical nature. Learn what it needs from you and commit to serving it.
Make your dedication, not your craft, what you aim to perfect.
Letting go of the shape of what you think something should be, helps the medicine of this month’s eclipse to go down. Happening on January 31st, the lunar eclipse in Leo occurs in your 12th house, encouraging you to accept the messes. The endings. The leftover grief that might linger in the forgotten corners of your psyche. The experience that this eclipse produces isn’t something that will appear in obvious ways in your life. It’s a subtle to loud release, but one that happens off stage. Something that informs the rest of the show, but something that only you will be able to decipher the meaning of. Trust what leaves your life at this point. You may not fully understand all the reasons why this is happening right now, but eventually you’ll be clued in and possibly even grateful for the close of a chapter.

Because you are human, hunger is a part of this game. It may not be pretty. It may not be pleasing, palatable or polite. But your hunger is your birthright.
It’s OK to want things your way. It’s OK to want to succeed. It’s OK to enjoy kicking ass. You aren’t supposed to be above wanting to win. Your human desires need to be respected, consciously integrated into your life, given a place to perform. Otherwise they’ll operate unconsciously. Making trouble. Marking your life with mayhem.
January shows you all the ways in which you can direct your drive. Wetting your appetite for success in serious ways, the first two weeks of the month make clear that this is a potent time for you to get busy with your business. Lay the groundwork for financial success by showing great interest in your prospects. Show up early. Stay late. Serve the work that keeps your life afloat. See what else your assets want to create. What other money wants to magic its way into your pockets. What other desires want to drive you towards a deeper understanding of how your work, works in the world.
As this awareness grows, so too does the need to ground. The sun, Venus and Pluto want you to get down. Get your foundations solid. There is a transformation occurring within you that impacts your understanding of your past. An unearthing of the reasons why you have the roles that you do within your family and friend groups.
The new moon in Capricorn on January 16th seeks a solid effort from you towards these goals. Make a serious commitment to your home life. To healing your origin stories. To creating a solid place to build this year upon.
Everything, everything, everything starts with you.
As the month closes, the skies are lit up with a peculiar hue. The total lunar eclipse on January 31st sheds its ruby red glow upon the roles you take on within social networks and friend groups. Notice the good fortune that comes to you through others. Notice the good feelings that come when you take time to connect with those you feel an affinity with. Notice the projects you have been able to bring to fruition with others, and through them.
More is coming this year in regards to your role amongst the masses. It will grow. It will take flight. It will want you to work for the things you wish to bring to fruition. But for now, enjoy the connections that have come into your life to lift up what you love most about humanity and what we can do together when we find a way to work with one another.

Allow yourself to be arrested by their beauty. Halted by their haunting melodies. Transfixed by their transcendent nature.
No matter who else in the world wants what you have to give, want your gifts without reservation.
You have a special kind of magnetism to work with right now. Don’t waste it on what or whom you aren’t certain of. Feel your way into the best fit for your energy. Envision the places you want to grow yourself into. When you imagine yourself victorious, what do you win at? What trophies feel at home in your grasp? What victories leave a sweet taste on the tongue?
Track them with all the focus you can find within you.
With help from the sun, Venus, and Pluto, this month you are being asked to pour your plans for future successes into your current calendar. Fill your days with rituals that have the power to initiate you into the fine art of valuing your time. Every. Single. Second. Of. It. There is none to waste. Run a tight ship and an efficient machine. Clear any unnecessary debris from your daily life if you plan on making progress. Feel free to transform any part of your day so that by the end of it you feel more inspired and less indebted to what didn’t get done.
The new moon in Capricorn on January 16th agrees. With it, it is time to declare your dedication to the energy that you have to work with each and every 24 hours. Set up the next couple of weeks so that you have a clear path to what you want to succeed at, especially professionally.

Sagittarius & Sagittarius Rising
January starts out focusing on what you have been able to create with others. The full moon in Cancer on January 1st amplifies the profits from your most important partnerships. What you have been putting in comes back, magnified.
The rest of the month wants you to get incredibly clear about what you yourself have to work with. With the sun, Venus and Pluto all colliding in your 2nd house of assets, resources and livelihood, the emphasis is clear.
Know your worth.
It will transform you. It will transform your work. It will clarify the purpose of your creative energy. When we understand that our efforts are no more or less than anyone else’s, we are free to contribute what we have in the spirit of curiosity and care for what we are doing.
This kind of psychological work becomes easier for you to make headway with. As Jupiter and Mars team up during most of January, they inspire a winning streak in you. But these victories occur on an internal realm. The clarity you get with respect to what you normally get mixed up about advances your relationship to your worth a million fold. It also helps you to receive help from sources currently unknown to you. There is assistance waiting in the wings that wants you to succeed. The more you show up for yourself, the more you are able to shine no matter the circumstance, the quicker it will get to you.
By January 26th, Mars enters your sign. There until March 17th, Mars will encourage you to make bold moves that set you on a course of considerate pace. Good thing galloping is already on your resume.
January 31st confirms the lengths to which you must go. With a total lunar eclipse in your 9th house of long-distance travel, long-term planning and the types of experiences that are long-lasting in their effect, you will need to engage with prospects that are grand in scope. Otherwise you just won’t give a damn.
Some of you will seek out the spiritual side of this quest. Others the kind of physical movement that lands you in far off places, experiencing what will eventually shape your ideas about life and how you are living it. Others still will use this as a chance to put ideas out into the world. Study what you most wish to teach, teach what you most wish to learn.
Some will do all of the above. And then some.
The eclipse inspires you to use your energy towards these goals, but also wants to show you how far you have come. Don’t forget that part of the journey is appreciating the view, the insights, and the inspiration that they bring.

2018 has chosen you. To find your form and fill it out. To claim your calling and commit to its arrival. To bring yourself to the places and the spaces that encourage your best.
2018 gives you Saturn 24/7, but that’s not something to bemoan. Saturn has no appreciation for whining, but it does have a soft spot for those that commit to figuring it out. Come any kind of condition.
2018 is a year that demands that you redefine yourself. On your own terms. On your own time. Of your own understanding. There is no rushing the restructuring of a masterpiece.
Build yourself a place where your gifts can flourish.
The right gifts in the wrong situations will wither and wane. Take some time this month to structure your days so that your natural talents can take shape. So that they can find a healthy pace with which to reproduce themselves. So that they have room to stretch themselves. Figure out what they are made of and what they can make happen.
Your gifts want to grow themselves into their potential. Your job is to situate yourself so that they can.
