The Job
We are seeking a seasoned Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is vital to the growth of our company, and will shape our brand’s presence across all marketing initiatives. The Brand Marketing Manager will set marketing campaign strategies and work cross functionally with our content, design, copy, product, and analytics teams to achieve our marketing goals. This role reports to our Director of Marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Work with our Director of Marketing to implement marketing campaign briefs into compelling strategies, tactics, and KPIs. Collaborate with key departments including copy, design, and content to execute the plan from start to finish. Provide post campaign analysis determining the success of each campaign;
- IRL Events/Marketing Activations: Plan and execute in-person events and activations. Ideate, coordinate logistics, partnerships, and promotions with a cross functional team. Measure event ROI and gather customer feedback for future planning;
- New Product Marketing: Work closely with our product team to analyze audience insights and market trends to inform product launches. Oversee new product launch campaigns across all channels;
- Public Relations (PR): Manage day to day media relations and press releases, including regularly maintaining and responding to our inbound marketing /media inbox. Pitch brand moments to press and media. Manage external PR partners as needed. Work closely with content marketing to ensure seamless storytelling across the brand;
- Brand Collaborations: Ideate and pitch potential brands for brand collaborations. Facilitate and oversee partnerships from start to finish;
- Brand / Comms Management: Build and maintain our comms/marketing calendar and deliver to key stakeholders. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all platforms. Update and implement brand guidelines as needed;
- Influencer Campaign Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers to drive awareness and engagement;
- Affiliate Program Management: Oversee our affiliate program, ensuring partners are engaged, aligned with our brand, and driving meaningful results; and
- Content Repurposing & Optimization: Work closely with creative teams to repurpose assets across multiple channels (social, email, blog, paid ads) for maximum reach and impact.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of marketing experience;
- Deep understanding of brand marketing, communications, and customer engagement strategies;
- Proven experience in developing and executing cross-functional marketing initiatives;
- Compelling written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to external partners and senior leadership;
- Familiarity with social media and advertising strategies;

The Job

The Job
We’re looking for a dynamic, data-centric Performance Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO), eCommerce sales and conversion marketing, data-driven marketing strategies, and paid media management. You will develop and implement strategies driving successful customer acquisition and retention, driving mid and lower funnel activities for both the CHANI app and our online store.
What You’ll Do
- Marketing campaign management: plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO/SEM, email, push notifications, social media, influencers, affiliates, and paid advertising;
- App subscriber acquisition: implement strategies based on performance metrics to drive subscriber acquisition through marketing creative experimentation, free trial/offer/promo testing, paywall optimization, and landing page optimization;
- eCommerce: develop streamlined eCommerce strategies and optimized customer journeys for a seamless customer experience on Shopify;
- Measurement and reporting: Maintain regular marketing reporting dashboards; develop goals and KPIs for all customer acquisition and retention marketing initiatives while regularly monitoring performance to identify areas for optimization;

The Job
Chani Nicholas Incorporated is seeking an experienced full-time Technical Operations (IT) Specialist. This role is responsible for providing advanced technical support and expertise to resolve complex technical issues, designing and implementing IT solutions, and optimizing IT infrastructure to meet organizational needs and objectives.
The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented systems administrator and technical support specialist who can quickly assess issues and problem-solve to find the best solutions. You work proactively, thriving in environments where you can innovate, while also adhering to the proper systems and order of operations. You have the ability to balance structure and creativity, finding ways to streamline processes without getting bogged down by red tape or “brogrammer” culture. You are a team player, equally comfortable setting up new systems independently (informed by cross-team input) as you are assisting new hires in learning our systems and ensuring smooth onboarding.
